“Mortgage brokers are a dime a dozen,” and, “there are more of them out there than you can shake a stick at,” are both common figures of speech. Common or not, they are nevertheless accurate. What is more, there are at least half a dozen major banks and trust companies out there, plus numerous minor ones as well as private sources for mortgage funding. Add on the insurance companies, literally hundreds of non-institutional sources and myriads of private lenders, and you might start to wonder why would I recommend David’s services to you above all the rest?

For a starter, David works quite differently from other mortgage specialists I have known in the past…and offers a whole different concept in mortgage funding than what you can receive by going to any one source alone. His system involves submitting your application electronically to a variety of lenders…then having them BID on YOUR business…as though they were blindfolded. None of them knows what the other one is bidding. You can see why this might result in his being able to offer you the optimum terms and rates available in the market place.

All that makes a lot of sense, but the thing that attracted me to David So in the first place was his ability to think IMAGINATIVELY and put together mortgage financing CREATIVELY. Why is that important? Well, not everyone wears the same size shoes, do they? Needs vary greatly from one client to the next, as does their relative ability to qualify for financing. And that is where David really seems to shine. In fact, tell him that it can’t be done and he actually starts to glow! He seems to thrive on the challenge, and if there is a way to work it out, David has the uncanny knack of finding it!
