An important part of getting your money’s worth from your home inspection is making yourself available for the couple of hours it will take to go through the home from top to bottom with your inspector.

On occasion, when surprises are encountered, the written report from your inspector may give us the needed credibility to renegotiate the terms of the transaction to your satisfaction.

Following their complete analysis of the critical systems in your home, you will receive a complete written report of their findings, along with “The Home Reference Book”, a guide to keeping those systems problem-free in the future. A copy of the report on your home will be kept in their files for future reference, awaiting a call from you when you need their advice about a maintenance item you’re not quite sure about.
