Real Estate Lawyers
When you are looking for a real estate lawyer, how do you choose? Quotations from lawyers can be very confusing. Does their quote include disbursements? Will there be extra charges if extra time is required? Will your transaction be handled by a clerk or will a lawyer actually see your file? Will they take the time necessary to have you feel totally comfortable with the process or will they rush you in and out like a fast-food restaurant?
Here are the reasons that I refer my clients to TL&C:
1. You’ll really enjoy doing business with them. You’ll be treated like a friend…not just a customer…or a file number.
2. Second, their charges are fair. No, they are not the lowest in town… but fair, and you get what you pay for.
3. In over eighteen years, I have had only one complaint about their service, and that client returned her business to them after she realized that the mistake had been hers.
4. When you ask them how much their charges will be, you will get a straight answer. They charge a flat fee…and will never add hidden “service charges” to the disbursements or extra hourly charges to your bill when extra time is required.
