The philosophy behind "By Referral Plus" is referred to in today's business world as the "Law of Reciprocity". Some have put it simply as, "You get what you GIVE." Either way, the philosophy originated with a young man on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, some 2000 years ago, when he said to his first twelve "customers", "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." We refer to it today as the Golden Rule.
